🌟 Community Update: Revised Application for Glenavon House 🌟
Dear Community Members,
We want to inform you that Dublin City Council has granted permission for the revised application for Glenavon House, which includes the construction of 52 apartments in a 5/6 storey block. Despite this approval, minimal changes were made to the original application, which was previously comprehensively rejected.
The decision has been appealed to An Bord Pleanála, the GVRA committee lodged an observation seeking to have the proposed development rejected. The decision from An Bord Pleanála was initially due on 26th October but has now been deferred.
