We are thrilled to share some fantastic news! Following our success at the City Neighbourhood Awards in September, Glasnevin Village Tidy Towns group was nominated for the prestigious citywide awards. Last night, we were delighted to be awarded 2nd prize in the Best Urban Village category at a ceremony held in Croke Park.
This accolade, presented by the Lord Mayor, is a wonderful recognition of the dedication and hard work of our volunteers. It reflects our ongoing commitment to keeping Glasnevin clean, tidy, and litter-free—a village we can all be proud to call home.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dublin City Council for their continued support, and we are grateful for the enjoyable evening celebrating the efforts of community groups across the city.
